Classroom Expectations

    I expect all the students to act in a respectful manner that is in accordance with the school's behaviour expectations. Students should come to class each day prepared to learn and ready to be challenged. I enjoy partnering with other classrooms to encourage positive social behaviour and role modelling. We participate in Reading Buddies with Mrs. Capson's Grade 1 class, we are solving First Rate Problem Solving Questions with Mrs. Foster- Knight's Grade 4 class and we work alongside Mr. Schlieffer's Grade 5 class with Social Studies and Science. I believe having a strong relationship with students outside of our own classroom can create a strong sense of community at Coronation.
